Denim Tutus

Ooh La La! I finished my first set of denim tutu's last night! I'm soooo excited about how they turned out and will try and get a few more pieces done later tonight! What do you think about allowing clients to send in their own gently used jeans, skirts, shorts, overalls and taking a few bucks off so I don't have to go looking. Yall know I don't like leaving Posh Land.

I spent all day yesterday with my in-laws! I forget how much of a treat they are. My father-in-law is a hoot! lol! He took me to one of his favorite consignment stores where we found these recycled denim pieces. I jokingly told the clerk that I wanted my senior discount since I'll have a bday in less than 2weeks.. When she said you don't look 55 my father-in-law jumped at it and said well I get it! It was to funny watching him get carded! lol! lol! lol!

Needless to say, these were extra fun to make, from finding the perfect denim pieces to stitching my own belt loops on :)
